So, when on the phone trying to contact a representative through Priority Health, I was the 23rd caller on hold to get through. After and hour and a half on hold, the music and repeat recordings stopped and I thought, awesome, finally going to talk to someone! It went right to the recorded survey as though I did talk to someone!!!!!!
