The fail is strong. Lil Boo Midgardsormr. SE doesn't care about the players. This is all just to remake the money those idiots lost in the original ff Nox Tenebrae Midgardsormr. It's telling me the world servers are full before my character even pulls up.
Square Enix will not give me a registration code, Playstation will not give me a copy of the game that includes a license, and Sony Rewards will not refund my points nor give me a code that will work. Does anyone have any advice on what I should do next, or am I just screwed out of the points and download?
After looking around online the only people I see who had this issue are from April when people downloaded the early access version when that was listed as free and didn't have a PS3 registration code. I did bring this up with PlayStation's support and they say they can't and won't 'exchange', give me credit to buy, or just give me the 'regular' standard edition, and that I need to get a new code from Sony Rewards or a registration code from Square Enix.
Sony Rewards says the code was redeemed successfully, so there is nothing they can or will do. I can say that both the Square and PlayStation reps have been very patient and seem to have done a lot of researching things for me, though no one can do anything but point me somewhere else. Update: My wife was able to talk some sense into a rep at Sony Rewards tonight to do something other than tell us the code has been redeemed.
They are submitting a ticket to 'management' and we should hear from them within 5 business days.
